HOW I CAN HELP
Do you feel confused, lost and unsure about what to do next? Are you finding it difficult to see a way forward? Do you need someone to talk through your concerns with, without being judged or labelled?
Going through hard times due to a painful loss, mental health challenge, relationship difficulties, or personal, work related or family challenges can be a very isolating and confusing. Problems that you're not sure how to fix can weigh you down, and sap you of the energy needed to effectively manage the demands of everyday life.
The longer the problems hang around, the harder life becomes, and the more difficult it can seem to clearly see your way through to the other side. Problems seem to create a snowball effect, with everything seemingly accumulating towards the negative.
Yet, despite how bad things have become, over 15 years of experience as a counsellor has taught me that it doesn't have to stay that way.
Whether your facing problems or challenges as an individual dealing with anxiety, self-doubt and depression, or the aftermath of traumatic experiences, or a couple dealing with relationship difficulties, or working through family challenges, or trying to overcome unhelpful habits, working predominately from a solution focused therapeutic approach, I can help you discover the strategies and answers you need to make to improve the situation or challenges you face.
Getting help is hard, no one likes talking to a stranger. Yet, as many others have discovered before you, no matter how small or large the problem you are dealing with, you will be surprised how helpful our conversation can be to moving you closer towards improving things and creating long lasting positive change.
If you would like to talk with me further about the situation you are dealing with or issue you would like some help with, feel free to call, text or email me.
