The longer the problems hang around, the harder life becomes, and the more difficult it can seem to clearly see your way through to the other side. Problems seem to create a snowball effect, with everything seemingly accumulating towards the negative.

Yet, despite how bad things have become, over 15 years of experience as a counsellor has taught me that it doesn't have to stay that way.
